Problem with Vcore in Bios. Asus Sabertooth 990fx

Hello.
I got a problem. I am trying to overclock my FX 8320 CPU, but I don't really understand how to change the voltage in the Bios. I've set the adjustment to "manually", and then, next to the CPU Voltage, I type in (for example) 1,3. But when I then restart my computer, and run Prime 95. My voltage go up all the way to 1.4 volt!
Have I missed to enable/disable some setting? Can someone who knows more about Asus Bios please help me!

Did you disable the TurboCore thing?
The 'boost' AMD has preapplied to the FX line automatically overclocks by about .2GHz across several cores, not all of them. Unfortunately they've way over compensated on the voltage front, putting it into the low 1.4s.

This could be what you're seeing.

No, it's disabled! I've set my voltage to 1.356. But as I said when running Prime 95 it goes up to 1.39 - 1.4
