Question Problem with VHJICE~1.DLL Can’t browse the internet.

Every time I boot my pc basic application start up like discord and steam. When they start connecting to the internet this error pops up.

I am connected to the internet via Ethernet but WiFi does the same thing. I’ve used the basic troubleshooting app in windows and reset some network services but no luck.

Im not sure how to fix this without reinstalling windows. Any help is appreciated. I’ll be active for replies.

I think I may have found the issue in services app. But I’m not sure how to fix it. This services help with in app connectivity.
