Problem with via p4m800pro running a pentium d 945 3.4

I've just built a new PC, based on the VIA P4M800 Pro motherboard. It runs ok for a short while, up to two hours, then it jsut reboots. running XP Pro with SP2 on it.

Tried all the obvious BIO related changes, tried different HDD and with / without a graphic card.

This is starting to get me down. any ideas?

Sounds like it could be an overheating issue.

Thanks but looked at that. , got two case fans + processor fan + graphics fan. also checked the temp jsut after reboot and it's fine.

will try and update the drivers for this later, maybee that will help.
