Problem with Vonage service - outgoing calls

Help! I have a vonage box and I can receive calls but my outgoing calls don't connect or connect but then there is no audio - I've talked to Vonage, the internet provider and the phone company (the internet router is from them) and no one can figure out the problem. It just happened suddenly one day. Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

Hi Jeneeshaw, I am having the EXACT same problem. Probably started about the same time as you as well. I'm located in Canada. Not sure about you? No one can figure out the problem either. We've tried two different modems AND 2 different vonage devices and have the same problem with each. Let me know if you find anything out!?
