problem with Watch Dogs

i recently try to playing watch dogs but game lags like hell...
i changed graphic setting to medium but game still have lag ...
so where is my problem ?

my specs are:

AMD FX8350
ASUS M5A97 LE R2
Corsair CMX1600 4*2GB
Sapphire HD7970

the problem is more with Watch Dogs, which has crazy VRAM issues, especially when you're driving at high speeds. The way that I was able to alleviate this problem myself is by overclocking my system RAM, which decreased the amount of stuttering that occurred when the VRAM of the card was fully utilized.

tl;dr your GPU doesn't have enough VRAM to run Watch Dogs acceptably (because Watch Dogs is not well optimized)
