Problem with wifi connection only on my pc

Hi, since 3 days I have a massive ping spike every few seconds, everything is fine with download speed / surfing web, but I cant play any online video games becouse of it. I tried everyghing I could think off. I really hope that you guys can have any sort of clue what is going on.
My pc:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz
16 GB RAM
RX 480
B150M Night Elf motherboard
Windows 10 Home

What I tried:
I checked wifi connection with different router, same issue.
I checked wifi connection with different wifi adapter, same issue.
I checked wifi connection on 2 different pcs, no issue there
I checked internet connection on my pc with cable, no issue.
I uninstalled and installed again newest drivers for both of my wifi adapters, same issue.
I unplugged all other electronic devices in my room (other than my pc), same issue.
I even formated my whole pc, same issue.

Oh, and also, sorry for my bad english, but polish forums suck so I had to ask here. :F

Update: Idk what I did but now exacly every minute my ping jumps to 100 - 200ms when I am pinging my router. Wtf...

Ok, I think I found out something usefull. By default Scan Valid Interval is set to 60. When I set it to 20 lag happens every 20 seconds and when I set it up to 120, lag happens every 2 minutes. Is there any way I can disable Scan Valid Interval or is it "must have" for my internet to work? What can I do?
