Question Problem with Windows 10

I am running Windows 10 Home on an older HP and after about 30 minutes or so the cursor will start jumping all over the screen and the right click screen keeps opening. If I restart it then it is OK for a while but then it starts again. I have tried updating the drivers for the monitor, mouse, touch pad and graphics with no help. It does this wether I am online or not. I am not sure where to go from here. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Hello

Can you please try scanning Windows with an efficient anti-virus program?

If that doesn't help, Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command (alternate link) could fix the issue.

Thank you for your reply. I have done what you suggested and found no malware or viruses and the SFC Scan showed no problems. I found that cortana was opening numerous searched and when one opener it would grab the cursor. I never discovered what was causing Cortana to do this. I disabled Cortana for a bit and then just did a clean install of Windows. Again, Thank you for your suggestions.
