Problem with Windows and 1600 RAM

Having Memory (RAM) issues on Windows.. I have 2 rams (old) 2gb ddr3 1333mhz and (new) 4gb ddr3 1600mhz my mobo is Intel dh55tc. My mobo supports upto 1333mhz. Im Dual booting with Windows 7 and Ubuntu Mate. When I install new RAM (only) Windows stuck at boot logo but Ubuntu works just fine ...
