Problem with windows Vista 64-bit Emergency!

Hi, i bought a new hardware(Watercooling) and to attatch it i had to de attach all components(nearly)! And all things were done and i turn on computer the windows Vista Ultimte 64 bit wont bot !!!! Please i need answers fast, i will appreciate links and same looking threads answered! It doesnt come in the boot section like it did before either! tried to bot from that hardisc but still dont work -.-

I forgot the say that the computer and the windows was working fine before attaching the Watercooling!
