Problem with windows XP installation

Hello i wanted to install windows xp on my pc so i burned the windows xp iso and made it bootable on a cd rom and i went to install it so when the first stage was completed it went to start the second and when i saw the windows xp logo loading the blue screen of death occured and it had the problem: STOP 0x0000007b so i searched and switched the sata operation to ide and it didnt work i have been doing this for 2 hours and still nothing so i beg someone for help.

what pc are you trying to install it on? a newer pc?

if switching the SATA mode to ide didn't work, you may need to prepare an F6 floppy disk with your SATA drivers on it.
