Question problem

hello.
i have a problem with my pc. when i start a game (any game) it stops playing sound and freezes for 30s to a minute and if it doesent freeze in the loading screen it definetly freezes in-game. had no problem playing GTA5 1080p on high graphics. about two weeks ago, i reinstalled windows and after that, everything ran smoothly, it all started randomly. in GTA5, the sound of my car dissappears, and these weird glitches start to happen (buildings dont render, road dissappears etc.) and then it freezes for a minute and again runs for a couple of seconds and freezes again. i ran bencmarks for CPU, GPU and hard drives and nothing seems to be wrong.

Asus prime A320m-k
240GB SSD
1TB HDD

CPU: max 37°C
GPU: max 63°C (for a second or two then it goes back to around 57)
On low graphics and 1050 resolution

I havet tried that but I did do complete wipe and a fresh Windows install

Also I forgot to add, in some cases my pc wont shut down, I have to hold the power button in order to shut it down.
