Question Problem

I dont know if this is the right place to send this but ive been getting alot of blue screens since december 18 and sometimes on start up i get blue lines over my screen and ir freezes. Its also turning on but not showing anything on the monitor. The keyboard the mouse isnt lighting up ive only found temporary fixes for this problem but now recently im struggling to even turn on the pc.

check cpu/gpu temp?
hdd/sdd health?
malware scan the system?
