Question problema con il mio pc/problem with my pc

inizio con le specifiche:

scheda madre msi b450 tomhawk max

processore ryzen 5 3600

ram corsair vengance lpx (2x8)

scheda video: msi geforce gtx 1660 super

alimentatore sharkoon 650 w

allora, ogni volta che accendo il pc, ovviamente mi da segnale video e poi dopo la bootscreen (arsenal gaming di wind. 10)

scompare il segnale video ma se dalla scheda video stacco e riattacco il cavo hdmi si vede tutto normalmete.

probl.2:

recentemente quando loggo nel mio utente ,vedo tutto nero ma se faccio ctrl+alt+canc e apro la gest. attività me la fa vedere ma il resto è nero. se spengo forzatamente il mio pc e lo riaccendo è tutto normale perche??? chiedo aiuto. p.s. il pc è nuovo, montato alla fine della prima quarantena

I ask for help. p.s. the pc is new, mounted at the end of the first quarantine
