In win 7 after using easeUS todo and cloning my SSD over to a HDD I am unable to access the BIOS at start up. The monitor remains blank/black until the user password is asked for. It also was rejecting the passwords for about and hour and finally accepted them. With the HDD that was the target of the clone connected computer will not boot at all. When unplugged the SSD will boot the computer but very slowly and bypasses the bios option. I need to remove the SSD to clean install win 8.1 on a new build. I need to get into the bios to change the boot order. How can I do it?

I also tried system restore but it fails I also pressed delete numerous times during start up to enter BIOS even though I couldn't see because the monitor is blank. Then the computer won't boot at all, I have to turn it off and start over.
update: I did get into BIOS it was dual monitors and the boot up was going to the 2nd monitor so I disconnected that and got into BIOS and changed the boot order. I am able to boot up now with SSD but not the HDD that I was trying to have as the target of the cloning. I guess I can format the HDD again and try cloning again?
