I am experiencing very weird problems after my overclock failed and successfully reset bios. First the pc gets slow down alot when i click on programs and type etc. Another thing is i used to play overwatch on high at around 60-100fps but now i run at 30fps and my tv keeps stuttering, turning on and off and also showing up glitches on the screen. Is it my cpu that got damaged?
