First of all, sorry for my english, im spanish and i don´t know so well to write english, thanks :)

Hello ! Well... A few weeks ago i start to feel a little decrease at the perfomance of my R9 280x, in games like BF4, Titanfall, MOH, etc... When i bought my pc all works extremelly well, BF4 with ultra settings running at 60Fps with v sync, titanfall at max settings the same, but now, in BF4 i have problems, well, the GPU can´t reach the 100% of her perfomance in that game, in others i don´t have the problem but the perfomance is a little minor than before, sometimes i have artifacts like stripes on the map, random textures, bad loadings, etc... Well, the problem is, what i should to do ? The GPU is on warranty but i don´t know if the problem is the gpu or my pc, i format the HDD last night and the problems have decreased but the perfomance feels like minor... Please, give me a solution !! Thanks ;)

Ah ! And my PC specs, for any problem with those.

CPU: FX - 6350 @3.9Ghz
MOBO: Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU: Asus R9 280x
RAM: G.Skill 2x4Gb @1600Mhz
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1Tb
CASE: NOX Coolbay VX
PSU: Tooq 700w 78+

Solution
try updating games and drivers, (this method may solve your problem) and try to keep your cpu and gpu at lower temps by increasing fan speed

Go to catalyst control center then select Performance--Graphics OverDrive--Apply Check on Enable Graphics OverDrive and Enable Manual Fan Control then select desired fan speed choose between 92-98%(recommended 95%)
