Problems booting windows 7

I recently wiped my hard drive using dban. Loaded a bootable USB using apple bootcamp assistant with windows 7 on my mac to boot up my PC and install Windows 7 but every-time i try to boot the USB the screen fills up with random colours and flashing letters and numbers (pic included). Torrented another version of windows 7 to make sure that wasn't the problem but the same thing happend. Not sure what to do from here.

This is the only thing I can think of. Go to Microsoft software recovery http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-recovery
Type in your product key . And use the USB ISO tool from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool to put it on your USB drive.
