Problems doing clean install of Windows 10 via USB after HDD failure

HDD failed, so I removed the HDD and installed Windows 10 on USB flash drive to install on existing 1TB SSD.

Got it installed and went through the Windows Setup process to the point where a system restart (automatic) is required...

After the restart it goes right back to the beginning of the Windows Setup/Install now screen.

I don't know how to proceed from here, and Google searches aren't yielding any useful information. Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like you are not switching BIOS to start from that HDD you are installing windows to.

Yank the USB installer after the install when system resets...
