hyper 212x

ok i am new to build pc. first i used stock cooler for 1 year. tomorrow i brought hyper 212x. after various guide i tried to install 212x today. after doing everything right , during application of cooler master stock thermal paste i dropped a tiny bubble of thermal paste outside the cpu and on the mobo near cpu socket . then asap i cleaned the mobo spot using a dry q-tip but still there is a very very tiny white point on the mobo (though i am not sure about if that white point was there before drop of thermal paste). is it harmful or ok? after completion of installation process when i started my pc during idle my cpu cores' temps are 31 36 36 35 and in 100% load in Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility stress test that were 60 64 63 63 highest. so did i do anything wrong that causing the temperature difference within the cores or is it normal?
my room temp is 30. also i had to move many times the heat sink on the cpu to fit it after applying thermal paste but i never pull the heat sink from the cpu surface , so i think there is no air bubble between 2 surfaces. Should i re clean the thermal paste from both surface and reinstall the cooler or is it ok enough. please help me asap and any suggestion is most welcome. thank you.

That is normal, I wouldnt worry about that. Cores will never be on same temperature, usually one will be hottest while other cooler and cooler usually by 1-2c. You are good. What you can do is just monitoring highest temperature on cores overall instead looking at all 4 individually.

You can clean that if you want but its not gonna harm in anyway your hardware ;)

thank you for replying . but in 100% load the temperature difference between the hottest core and least hot core is 4 to 5c. Is it ok? and the temp statistics i gave earlier post was that good?

It's ok nothing to be worried. Sure if you try applying thermal paste you could change 1c up or down but its irrelevant. You are good.
