Question Problems in game while play youtube on seperate screen.

I have a triple monitor setup, and while playing youtube, or any other streaming sevice i notice my fps doesnt drop but the game becomes a little more choppy as if fps did drop.

PC Specs:
I9-9900k no overclock
EVGA RTX 2080 Super no overclock
G-Skill Ripjaw 32gb Ram Running at 3200 MHz
1TB M.2 NVME SSD

Ive looked up some other forums, but have come up empty handed as such.

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? You might want to also state the version of BIOS you're currently on and the version for Windows 10. Also, if this is happening with games, what games are you experiencing them with?
