Problems in windows after installing rx 470

not so long ago i bought new graphics card and i started getting problems.first when i was in safe mode i was looking for drivers on amd site and they didnt show up, then i decided to install drivers from disc and i installed them and then i went to normal windows and i have seen a lot of problems
1.my scheme is changed to basic and i cannot put it back to pro its windows 7 in case you are wondering
2.window task manager has stopped working
3.windows assasment tool stopped working
3. windows aero has stopped working
4.games that i could play on old graphics card now i cant
5.windows takes more time to boot up than usual
I started few games that are still working and it looks like i dont have any fps boost which shouldnt be the case because my new graphics card should be above 50 percent faster thatn my old card

i dont know what to do plz help

but that is not driver its something like relive package not driver

Yes, that's driver with SW package for it's control. Used to be CCC but now it's called Relive. During installation you can choose what to install. Many GPU settings and options are not available without it. There are also Vulkan drivers that help with some games that use it.

you can download a minimal setup - 67mb from the amd drivers and support section of the amd website. if you do not wish to install things that come in the relive software package.. although like the above poster says .. you will miss out on some excellent if not essential software.
