Problems installin graphics card

I downloaded drivers according to my graphics card specs and installed them
But wheneveer i start playing pes 16
Following pops up --
Your system does not have enough video requirements
Or for that matter not one game is working

What is your full pc spec, sounds like it does not meet the minimum spec

Pc specs-Amd sempron 145 proccessors 2.8ghz ,4gb ram ,
Graphics card-ati radeon hd 5450 ddr3,2gb
