Problems installing from cd sometimes

Hi all

Im having trouble sometimes installing from my dvd drive, i have only just re installed my windows 7 and my windows 7 disk worked fine. Tonight i have tried to install f1 2011 and so far i have errors such as these

The cabinet file 'Media4.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
along with media3cab and 2.

why is this happening and also i have tried updating my firmware for the dvd writer and still nothing. The disk is clean and the laser is clean.
any help would be fantastic thank you.....

ps straight after it failed i tried another disk and it was okay.

I'd contact codemaster's about the problem. It seems other people have the same issue as you. From what I've read you keep trying to install but no available solution.

i have just fixed this and its easy!!!

i just turned avg off whilst i installed and perfect it worked like normal, hope this helps for anyone else with this problem
