Problems installing Windows 7

Hi,

I am trying to do a clean install of a Windows 7 Pro OEM on a Samsung SP2504C SATA HDD for a new system that I just built. It gets up to the installation phase when I received an error message saying:

Windows could not set the offline locale information. Error Code: 0x80800000

I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem. I've been trying to research online possible solutions, but haven't found anything helpful yet.

Run Samsung's own hdd diagnostic software, this can be caused by a a bad drive.
