Problems loading computer

When loading up the laptop(no screen needs tv to be used) , but used a different laptop with a cracked screen to see options, it only gives me two options in the advance startup menu... startup repair and start in safe mode =\ why is this? why will it not show any other options, always I tried f8 did not change a thing. Thanks. Also, it will load into start mode, I am trying a system restore at the moment

did restore, would automatically boot into safe mode, fixed by running msconfig and going to the boot tab and unchecking the safe mode option, thats what was forcing it to automatically boot into safe mode, my god this got me mad because i have no screen at first lol
