Problems Overclocking i7-4790k with H81M-E33 Mobo

Hi, I'm trying to overclock my i7-4790k with my H81M-E33, but I'm having problems.
When I go into the bios and to the OC section, most everything is greyd out. I heard you can just click "CPU Ratio" and adjust from there, but it is set to Auto by default, and it does nothing when I click it, I've never overclocked before, so i don't have much experience with this kind of thing
Any help?

Your motherboard has the H81 chipset which disables CPU overclocking. You will want a mobo with the Z97 chipset (or Z87).

This is false. Overclocking was added to the H81 chipset earlier this year.

In the BIOS you have to use the plus and minus keys to change the grayed out parameters.
