I bought this monitor a couple months ago not knowing of its great overclocking potential. I have a Radeon RX 480, and have tried to overclock it via CRU, but I'm running into a problem. It says there's a higher refresh rate on the profile, but when I run a test via https://www.testufo.com/refreshrate it says 60 Hz, and in Windows it shows as 60 Hz with no possibility to change it. I'm fairly new to monitor overclocking, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Well, like most hardware, it differs from panel to panel. You're right though, that model seems to be particularly good at OC'ing. Looks to me like the setting isn't saving.

Try setting it like this: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-032

Through the AMD control panel. Start off with 75hz, test, and see if there are dropped frames. If success then try 85hz or whatever. Some people seemingly can get it up to 120hz. But keep in mind OC'ing the monitor like that decreases it's life span.

Here's a little info from Anand on that monitor and OC'ing it: https://www.anandtech.com/show/7931/qnix-qx2710leddport-review
