Solution
Windows key ->sysdm.cpl -> enter -> Advanced Tab -> Startup and Recovery Settings

- Check "write an event to the system log"
- Uncheck "Automatically restart"
- Write debugging information, set to small memory dump 256k. Ensure Small Dump Directory is %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
- Hit OK
This crash was caused by a malfunctioning ATI display driver.

I would start by using display driver uninstalled to remove all your display drivers in safe mode. After that, download and install your latest graphics card drivers in normal Windows mode.

I would also update your motherboard chipset drivers as well. They can be found on your motherboard manufacturer's web page for your motherboard. Updating your motherboard BIOS can also help with graphics issues.

You used DDU in safe mode right?

- Try running the PC using integrated graphics if you have them.

- Upload a crash dump file from C/Windows/Minidump so we can see for sure if it's the graphics card driver.

that folder is empty when i log in how do i create a mini dump?
