Problems when booting PC

When I turn on my PC it powers up for around 5 seconds (LEDs and fans on etc) but then it powers off for another 5 seconds and then starts up again. Once this is over (it happens every time) it seems to work fine, however it has only just started doing this, should I be worried about this?

Spec:

i5 2500k @4.4Ghz (recently overclocked)
Corsair H100i
MSI P67A-GD53
MSI 780 Gaming
Corsair 750W PSU
8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM @ 1600mhz
128GB SSD
500GB HDD
Windows 7 64-bit

I have the exact same problem and am STILL looking for an answer. None of the suggestions in the following thread helped me:
