Question Problems with a Steelseries Stratus Duo Controller

Hey there guys how is it going?
I need your help, I bought a Steel series Stratus Duo Controller for a while now and it worked perfectly untill now, I dont think its damaged since It works its just messed up, for example I cant run by clicking the left analog stick, it will just walk forward when I keep clicking it, and the right stick I move it backwards but the character moves forward, I was wonderin if anyone of you knows what this could be or if anyone knows how to factory reset.

Hi,

I had exactly the same issue, I got in touch with steel series support and they sent me a new one..... I still have the old one that essentially works but with the messed up analogue issue. I would like to know if there is an easy way to take it apart and diagnose the problem, as I am sure it's probably nothing major.
