Problems with AMD Ryzen 7 1700 and BIOS/UEFI

Hey Guys,
I just got my new PC and set it up already. Windows 10 is installed, drivers are ready and so on. My PC worked fine for me until I started Counterstrike: Global Offensive, my CPU usage is around 20% and my FPS are around 200 FPS, but the FPS wouldn't go much over 200 and sometimes they drop down to 90. So I expect that my CPU isn't fully used by my system. Another example Minecraft, my FPS are 60 FPS (FPS limiter off) and no frame more.. Well so I started to try overclocking, didn't went as expected, same results. I don't know why my PC does it. Oh well there is one other problem I have, when I restart or start my PC, it automatically goes into Bios/Uefi, but at the beginning it doesn't. I googled a bit and found out that maybe a keyboard/mouse or drive could be the problem, but there are working fine. When I leave the Bios, the PC restarts and goes into Windows 10, like nothing happend. I looked in the Bios settings and found nothing to stop that.

Well my PC specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
CPU Cooler: AMD Wraith Spire (will be upgraded soon -> be quiet! Dark Rock 3)
PSU: Corsair TX550M 550W
RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ 3200MHz 2x8GB
HDD: WD 3 TB Blue Edition
SSD: Crucial MX300
Mainboard: MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon

Minecraft probably still has v-sync enabled, so that's why you're limited to 60fps, but it doesn't matter if it goes higher because if your monitor is limited to 60hz refresh rate, you'll only ever be able to see 60fps regardless of what the FPS counter in the corner says.

Ryzen 1700 is kind of bad for CSGO and Minecraft due to weaker single thread performance, which is what those two games rely heavily on.

OCing it would help, but you wouldn't want to use the stock CPU cooler to OC the CPU.

You have a WAY to powerful computer if you're only playing CSGO and Minecraft.

Well I don't consider just gaming minecraft and csgo. I also play GTA V and maybe some good games in the future. I will buy a 144Hz Monitor soon as well so, I think it's fine for that. But anyway thank you for your answer, any idea about the bios problem?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by it goes into the BIOS automatically.
But you also want to make sure you're running the latest BIOS for Ryzen as there are large improvements:

Also how are you getting your RAM to run at 3200mhz? Ryzen has some trouble with that.

I mean when I restart or boot my PC it's just enters the Uefi, it's like I'm clicking delete. But when it enters it and go back out, it's restarting but just loading windows not bios/uefi.

My ram runs at 2933 MHz and it's working great so far. Maybe I can get more in the next update.

Have you installed any programs that might access the BIOS, like MSI's Command Center?
Had the same problem myself, and uninstalling Command Center fixed it. (And maybe some curses helped, as well...)

There might be other suggestions in this thread
