Problems with antec 1200, tagan psu, and western digital hard drive

couple of questions:

- does the tagan bz series 1100w PSU have at least two 8-pin connectors? reason i ask, its recommended with the X58 motherboard that you use two if you are going to overclock. i cant seem to find it.

-how do you mount the western digital 1tb HDD into the tower? the holes dont line up....

I don't think the TAGAN does. Very few PSUs do. This Enermax does:

It's also the better PSU.

any advice on how to install the HDD? i've seen people install it backwards for this specific case. anyone know why? or is that the only way?
