I've a self-built PC, Win 10 Home 64bit, using a Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 MB. Recently, I've been trying to use Audacity to record LPs/cassettes to mp3/CD usable. All drivers are correct, but this is the 1st time I've tried recording with Win10 outside of Media Player ripping.

Connection is RCA cable tween Stereo Headphone jack/plug to PC Line In. Stereo inputs play on PC exterior speakers, but Audacity rejects, giving Error Codes 9999 and 9996 (Both of which show a rejection of selected Audio Host).

I've tried everything that I can think of, and have tried using a USB interface as the audio input, but nothing changes. I've emails to Gigabyte and Audacity (No response) and various groups. I've followed the Audacity manual in every step...
