problems with .bat file

i get an error code 216 when installer wants to open .bat file. i have 64 bit system so i dont know what could be the problem.

Are you running an antivirus? Also have you tried running what you are running as admin?

modpack for world of tanks. i tested it on 2nd computer and its working. error shows that he cant run few .bat files + createprocess code 216 + This version of %1 is not compatible with the version of Windows youre running. Check your computers system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher. i found a steam thread about same error in h1z1 and ppl said its because of 32 bit system. i have win 7 enterprise 64 bit.

2nd pc is win 7 pro 64. i tried running as admin, comp. mode, everything. on 2nd one it runs ok without anything. could this be the fault of windows update?

i have security essentials i read somewhere the guy had same issue did scan and after that it worked. i did the same i detected 2 files but im almost certain they were false positives. removed them anyway rebooted and that didnt helped.

i did. it didnt repaired all the files. i have cbs.log where i can find errors which wasnt repaired?
