Problems with bootmenu

Hey, I have an Acer switch 10 fhd and I wanted to dual boot W8 and Android on it so I followed
this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBV6jRzr7b8 and I am stuck at 4:28 because I can't get the PC too boot on my USB Flash. How do I fix this?

Nope, I didn't.
How I do ?

When You Restart your pc , as soon as acer logo appears there is key you need to press written down ( generally F2 , F8 OR Delete) , Then you Enter into BIOS , Go in Boot Order (Preference) then Select USB-HDD (something like that) and Bring it at top ( usually pressing F5 or F6) , Then Save and Reboot.
It would boot from USB.

did this but it still booted Windows 8

I unpacked the ISO on a formatted USB with another program and it still didn't launch the USB boot option pls help!!

No you need to create a boot-able usb disk. Not just unpack iso to usb.

I created one with the program called Rufus and now?

Its abit the same as;

I prepared pendrive from an .iso image with a program called Rufus, partitioning system GPT.

Then I changed BIOS settings to allow non secure boot and to boot first from USB HDD, and while booting I hit F12. But still I get that: http://imgur.com/yE48diG

Make bootable with this: http://www.linuxliveusb.com/ try again.

1) Download Power Iso Free Software in Windows
2) Run in Administrator Mode (By right click and run as admin)
3) Go to tools and select option create bootable usb drive
4) In Source File Choose the ISO from where you have saved in Hard Disk in Destination Drive Select the USB you want to make bootable USB.
5) Click Start.
6) When Finished , Restart Computer , it will boot With os in USB.

I did all u said but it didnt boot with the usb
