problems with brand new sapphire hd 7750

i just bought a sapphire hd 7750 upgraded from a gt 420. i'm having problems with FF 14: ARR, RIft, World of Warcraft, The Witcher, basically any game i play. when scrolling down on web pages it seems to like skip or stutter. while playing games and running around it seems to skip/hiccup like the screen isn't keeping up the character. it's micro stuttering, or screen tearing. tried v-sync on and off. all drivers are up to date. these what im running.

Driver conflict, did you properly remove the nvidia card before swapping?
That is remove the 520 in device manager (deletes drivers), shut down, replace card, startup (now running on win default VGA driver), install the latest drivers for the AMD card http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

Uninstall beta drivers, re-download current WHQL drivers. If that doesn't work, get rid of Radeon and replace that with Nvidia. Radeon are still notorious for screen-tearing. Good luck!!

yea i uninstalled and then installed the radeon using default vga. and i just downloaded the beta version. went from version 13.9 to 13.10

what nvidia do you suggest i get?
