Can anyone recommend a docking station that is capable of running:

which has a Thunderbolt 4 port and I am currently using the Anker PowerExpand 5-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 Mini

but my ultrawide monitor sometimes flickers on/off, keyboard disconnect permantly.
I have to re-power the dock) and my webcam doesnt even get detected.
I'm currently running the Anker PowerExpand 5-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 Mini Dock into this 8k60hz KVM switch:

that I calculated to be powerful enough for my peripherals and it works fine when using my pc through it and I've run other docking stations that havent worked either. I've also tested the Anker Dock without going through the KVM switch but the same problems occur.
