problems with emails attachment

Hello fellow members!

I have a problem downloading email attachment in my hotmail account. Does anyone know how to fix this? any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you can see the attachment, right click on it and and open, if another page opens read to see if it says infected, if not, download the file!

Are you getting the attachment to open in the e-mail? If so right click on the pic or file and "save as"
