Question Problems with Empire Gaming Guardian G-V10 AIO ?

Hello friends few days ago i bought an Empire Gaming Guardian G-V10 AIO in used i do not know how to install it but i download its manual and Fix it on FM2+ socket, did not connect ARGB cables, fan and Cooler cable connected but as i turn on my PC it turns off within 3 or 4 Seconds, few times i managed to enter in BIOS and saw temperature goes from 40 to 70 and pc turns off. Then i changed Empire Gaming Guardian G-V10 cooler to a simple heatsink and pc is now running fine ?

am i doing any mistake to install this cooler?
