Hello friends few days ago i bought an Empire Gaming Guardian G-V10 AIO in used.
I do not know how to install it but i downloaded its manual and fitted it on FM2+ socket, did not connect aRGB cables. Fan and Cooler cable connected but as i turn on my PC it turns off within 3 or 4 seconds.
A few times I managed to enter the BIOS and saw temperature rise from 40 to 70, then the pc turns off.
Then i changed the Empire Gaming Guardian G-V10 cooler to a simple heat sink and pc is now running fine ? So what am I doing wrong when installing the G-V10 AIO ?

My PC Specs:

CPU: AMD A10-5800K
Motherboard: F2A85-M PRO
Ram: 14 GB
SSD/HDD: 500GB SEAGATE 5400RPM
GPU: (INTERNAL) AMD RADEON HD 7660D
PSU: 450 WATT
Chassis: 1 FAN
OS: WINDOWS 10-64BIT
BIOS version for your motherboard? 6601 - AMD AGESA RICHLAND V1. 1. 0 .1 (11-25-2014)

It's hard to say what exactly you're doing wrong since we can't see anything and you've told us nothing but the fact that the PC gets hot. It's a basic application of thermodynamics, however, so either the AIO is malfunctioning or you're not installing it properly. Which it is will require an exact description of what the behavior of the AIO is and some guesswork.

And unlike your previous thread, do *not* start bumping it. You've already been warned; if you continue to do that, your threads on this topic will be closed. Your problem does not take priority over everyone else's problems.

So how to identify the exact problem? which part is having issue any way to know it ?
i have installed it correctly as i'm an expert of computer,

if nobody was not replying to my thread and i was having serious issue, so where could i go? i did not bump and neither want to bump, if nobody was replying you could say that "we do not have solution" in simple way so there will be no double threads.

now, come to the point, what to do for knowing that exact problem?

Which headers did you connect AIO cooler to ? Fan to CPU_FAN header and pump to Chassis fan header ?
With your air cooler on go to BIOS and set those headers to maximum speed. Change to AIO cooler connected as I said and see what happens. If it still overheats that would mean it's not mounted properly or pump is not working.
PS. That cooler or any 120 one is no better than than an mid range 120mm air cooler.

If you installed it correctly (since you're "expert of computer"), then it's broken. I'm not sure how you know that it was in fact installed correctly given that you had to look up how to install it since you said you didn't know how.

But we don't know anything about the behavior of the cooler. Is it lighting up? Is anything hot? Do you feel any movement in the pump of the cooler?

And yes, you responded to your own thread multiple times to try and get it to be seen over other threads.

If the cooler you've installed now works, then I wouldn't worry about the other one. There's zero reason to spend money on it on the first place; you should never buy a used AIO because they have such short lifespans and there's no need to liquid-cool a PC like this. Perhaps you can still get your money back.
