problems with Epson XP-620

I have an Epson XP-620 and I was updating the firmware and it said the update couldn't be completed. It now says on the display that it is in recovery mode. I can't get it out of this mode. I tried unplugging it I hit the power button and I even looked on the computer with the Epson installed software to try and fix it but have had no luck.

I checked in the booklet that came with it and I see no instructions for this problem. Also before this the printer was telling me the Cyan ink cartridge was low. The odd thing is I just replaced these ink cartridges and we haven't used it at all. I printed a few pictures and that was it.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem that would be great.

I call tech support and they helped me get the printer back up and running. They said I might need a new one but we got it working. Thanks anyway noidea_77
