I'm a little desperate rs

My pc is:
PSU Seventeam st 600pfl
Mobo: Gigabyte 940a-DS3P
Proc: FX-8320
Memory: 8GB Kingston
HD: 1tb Seagate 7200rpm
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 (the old HD 7870)

I appreciate any help!

Sorry for the bad english, I'm from Brazil **

Most likely things are a power supply issue or a bad card. All power cables in the video card? Try doing a BIOS update and see if that helps. You need to test the card in another system and see if it works there.

Due to the lower quality of the power supply that is also a good place to look at for the issue, test it with another power supply see if it runs. While an "OK" power supply, from the review it would be in the 3rd or 4th tier of power supplies which is not very good for a gaming system.
