Question Problems with FPS

So, when I got my computer at first, i had a R5 2600, and a 2060S, and i'd run Rainbow 6 at about 220FPS on Ultra (The download pack for better graphics was installed)
But now, I upgraded to a R7 2700x with my 2060S, and I only run 140FPS on high settings. Im not sure on why I dropped so many frames, any ideas?

MOBO: Aorus b450 Elite (Not changed)
RAM: Corsair Vengence LP, 16Gb 3000Mhz (Not changed)
PSU: Corsair RM750X (Not changed)
