Problems with Geforce2GTS and Gigabyte mother

I've been haveing probles with my Geforce2 GTS card when using it with my GA-7ZXR motherboard, it seems to be sharing IRQs with 4 other things (including my soundblaster live card and some ACPI thing) the performance in the card is no where near as good as I would have expected and I think this is the reason. Can anyone help me? I've updated the drivers for the Card and GART drivers on the motherboard and flashed the BIOS and now I dont know what o do! Help please!

Remove ur SB from device manager, then shut down - Take ur SB card out , reboot-pwr dwn. Put ur SB in another PCI slot, reboot again. Don't worry about pci steering thing.
