Problems with graphics card on new pc

I bought a computer from different parts and build it. When i turn on the pc everything works, graphics also but then 5 seconds later the fans stop spinning on the graphics card and a red light turns on the motherboard next to VGA. On the screen sometimes only shows a white blinking bar on left top corner. Graphics card doesnt have pci e connectors it only plugs in motherboard. I have
Motherboard: msi b450m gaming plus
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Graphics Geforce gtx 1050 Ti OC 4GB GDDR5
Power supply:750w
Ram: corsair vengeance lpx 8gb

What kind of monitor are you using? Which output on the videocard are you using to connect to the monitor?
