Now, if I try to download anything to my computer, even virus software, it makes the screen go crazy and locks up. I can't even go to get updates. I'm wonderingif anyone has a solution.

I took it to a computer repair shop and he did solder it. He's researching to see why it might be doing this. Upvote 0 Downvote
