Problems with i5 4690 temperature.

I own a i5 4690 which works perfectly when I am not gaming. However, the temperatures go over 75C even in not so demanding games (CS:GO...). The problem is, even if I lower the settings, nothing happens, the temperatures stays high and the fps at the same rate.

HELP. What could it be?

When's the last time you've opened the covers and cleaned out the dust bunnies? How old is your CPU? Are all your fans in good working order?

The whole computer is 4 months old. I checked inside and it IS dusty. I am going to clean it ASAP.
