System:
Cpu: Intel® Core i9-9900K, 3.6 GHz (5,0 GHz Turbo Boost)
MB: GIGABYTE AORUS Z390 AORUS XTREME
Cpu cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H150i PRO
Gpu: nvidia 1080
Psu: Corsair HX1000i
Ssd: Samsung 860 PRO
The issue: At the end of a fresh install from an iso usb with windows 10 pro. i get a Bsod with whea uncorrectble error. after the "forced reboot" it looks like windows did install but upon opening windows i cant install any drivers without it freezing.
<programs starts up and freezes halfway in the installation>
What i tried so far is too reinstall windows on a different Ssd had the exact same issues bsod on the end of the windows installation and same issues with the windows driver.
and i flashed the bios to F5 version but no improvement.
Is it a doa cpu or motherboard or is it cpu voltage issue? I heard there were issues with the voltage but i have no experience with under/over clocking pc parts.
Hope thats someone can help me with this.
