Problems with Intel 4930k

I have just bought Intel 4930K with sabertooth X79 motherboard. I am using corsair Hydro H100i for cooling but get temperatures of idle 45C and while playing battlefield 4 95C..
I am new to this is this the right temperatures..

Please help me out..

no it is not overclooked..

what temperature should I be getting... while idle or playing games...

I am using Asus GTX Titan graphics card

I would check the pump is powered and is seated properly those temps are not normal and way to high

not them that you are getting I have a CoolIT ECO single fan rad set up on idle its 28c under full load 55c what you have corsair Hydro H100i is far superior to what I have.

check that the pump is working and seated properly , did you build this your self ?

yes I build it myself.. The pump is working since I have felt the pipes and I can feel the circulation of the water. One pipe worm and the other is cool. I have ordered better thermal paste will that help.
There is one other thing, in my bios my temperature going up to 90C and the system warns me of over temperature. Could this be faulty MOBO or it just doesn't read temperature properly..

what is the corsair software saying in windows from what you are saying to me it sounds like its either not seated or the pump is not working properly are the fans ramping up when the temps go up have you got the pump power connected to the cpu fan port on the mobo and set it in bios to max speed not adaptive ? this mite help

I have noticed That my fans stay on one speed which is fast. I have checked the bios as well. Anyways thanks for your help.. I will retry to install the cooler again with new thermal paste that I have ordered

Ok but check you have the power cables in the rite places
