Problems with intel hd graphics (i5 6600k)

Hello I am having an interesting problem that i cant find anywhere else. Currently I am having issues running games on my integrated graphics. The cpu im using is a i5 6600k running 2d games is fine and they run great however whenever i try to open 3d games such as fallout 4 the game part of csgo or even just the witcher 1 it fails to even open the game so its not like the inegrated graphics are just poorly running the games they just arent running at all im not looking for amazing fps or high details i just want to play the games. And yes i have all the updated drivers, please help me if you have hid this issue before and may have a solution it would mean alot.

iGPUs aren't for high end gaming however you should be able at least to run the game
make sure you have installed all required programs ( .net framwork 4.5 , directx , vc++)

Okay ill try that i havent installed any of those so i think thats the issue and i was just really planning on playing some borderlands 2 on low and csgo with my friends so nothing too intensive

you can install aio runtime it will install all the required programs
